Call or send us a message to introduce yourself and ask about availability for your child's age group.
Schedule a Tour
Visit in person to see the space, meet the staff, and get a feel for the daily routine. Bring your questions!
Submit Paperwork
We'll provide all required forms during your visit. You'll complete them at your own pace, in person.
Welcome Your Child
Once everything is in order, we'll confirm your start date and prepare a warm welcome for your little one.

This information is required to ensure smooth communication and the safest possible care for your child.
Parent & Guardian Information
- Parent/Guardian full name
- Phone number (primary & alternate)
- Email address
- Home address
- Emergency contact name, number & relationship
- Authorized pickup individuals
- Child's date of birth and any medical needs
- Immunization records (required by MA EEC)
What to Bring on Your Child's First Day
- ✓ Comfortable clothing and one extra set
- ✓ Favorite blanket or comfort item (optional)
- ✓ Lunch and snacks (if applicable)
- ✓ Diapers and wipes (for infants & toddlers)
- ✓ Any remaining forms given during your tour
- ✓ Any medications with written instructions
